Rating - 5/5⭐
This book is about to explore places of Meghalaya. The protagonist is working for Media company in Mumbai and he is telling his experience of Meghalaya trip. There was lines that said "Sometimes researching about the places and reading their backdrop stories can lead to some fantastic horror visuals." so is happening with protagonist he is getting 5D dreams everytime and this is the interesting part of the book. There are three types of people we meet while travelling. First, are those who are eager to talk, you just need to give them a slight poke. Second, are those who are silent detectives and speak only if it's imperative. Third, are those who are shy to communicate but are good listeners. He met so many people in this entire journey and he described his experience with Meghalya people. How they treat him, from The first day cab driver to last day cab driver Meghalaya people are down to earth With every person who came to their places.
The reaserch of authors are remarkable, so neat and picture perfect. in this book they mentioned so many places like literally so many places, some of the places name i can't even Read/pronounced properly🤪. But there is story behind every scene, every place and also name of the places that why this place called by this name?? I picked up this book just by thinking that there must be mythological stories on places mentioned, and i guessed it right. The language of the book is lucid one can easily understand but some part of the stories want more of your attention just because name of the place or a person.
On the end note i want to grab your attention For second part of this book yessss there is charactors of travelling mother and son in this book and they are giving us a glimpse of second part of this book.
Overall this book is amazing read, I'm recommending this book to everyone, if you're travel addict or love to explore new places then this book is must read for you.
